Service Description

AidGo provides a platform connecting customers with verified professional drivers. The driver operates your personal vehicle as per your booking request.

Booking & Cancellation

• Bookings are confirmed once a driver is assigned
• Free cancellation up to 60 minutes before scheduled time
• Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking value
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount

Pricing

• All prices are displayed upfront before booking confirmation
• No surge pricing is applied at any time
• Final fare may differ from estimate based on actual duration
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay

Driver Conduct

All drivers are background-verified and must follow our code of conduct. Report any concerns immediately via the app or WhatsApp.

Vehicle Responsibility

While we provide professional drivers, the vehicle remains your property and responsibility. Drivers photograph vehicle condition before and after each trip for transparency.

Liability

AidGo is a platform connecting customers with drivers. We are not liable for traffic violations, accidents, or vehicle damage beyond our insurance coverage.
